OFM DAILY DEVOTIONAL GUIDE, APOSTLE PROF. JOHNSON SULEMAN MONDAY 25th DECEMBER 2017

TODAY'S READING: Isaiah 9:2-7
TOPIC: SEE YOURSELF AS GOD SEES YOU
TEXT; Revelation 1:5-6 "And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen."

Scripture declares that light is what makes manifest (Ephesians 5:13). Meaning; when you truely want to know the real true state of a thing, turn on the light on of . Without light, you cannot know the true colour of an object. And according to the word of God, God's word is light. So, when you look at you through the lens of God's word, what do you see? A king or a beggar? Is your current verdict about yourself in conformity with the light of God's word is revealing you to be? If no; then there is need for change of your mindset otherwise it will go a long way in making you live a life of defeat here on earth. Kings are champion, they don't beg, neither do they live a life of defeat. Feed your spirit man with God's word's word and it will renew your mind.
God's word has declared you to be a king. You are born a king in Christia Jesus. I therefore urge you this morning to start seeing yourself the way God sees you and start start walking in the light of the you that God's infallible word has revealed to you.
PRAYER
My Father, Maker, in the name of Jesus, cause my eyes to begin to see things from your point of view and help me to live the kingly life...
