TOPIC: LIVE VICTORIOUS!
Scriptural
Reading: ‘But thanks
be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ’. 1Corinthians 15:57.
When you come to the knowledge of the truth (the word
of God), you will never fear anymore. The Bible says,. ‘There is no fear in love;
but perfect love casteth our fear: because hath torment. He that feareth is not
made perfect in love.’ (1John 4:18). The reason some born again,
Spirit-filled Christians experience lots of tumult in their lives is because
they have given their lives to fear.
The more you become acquainted with God
and His awesome personality, the more you become aware that you are victorious
in every circumstance, and fear will be a thing of the past. In 1John5:4, the
Bible says, ‘for whatsoever is born of
God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world,
even our faith.’ The word calls you an overcomer.
You are not struggling to
overcome for you have already overcome. God has given us the victory therefore;
you don’t have to try to get the victory. You don’t hope or pray to be
victorious; neither do you look forward to victory. You are the victorious one!
Child of God, enter into the life of victory today for that is the place where
God called you to. Find out what belongs to you, what you can do and where God
called you are in Christ Jesus. Anything is possible when you know who you are
in Christ. Declare Philippians 4: 13.
Prayer
My Father, My Maker, as i pray, make me an embodiment
of your strength, grace and power throughout my life in Jesus name.
