TOPIC: LET GOD'S PEACE RULE

Scripture: "And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful."Colossians 3:15
God's desire for us is that we be peaceful and makers of peace.In Isaiah Chapter 9, Jesus is referred to as the Prince of peace. John by revelation given to him for the church reveals that as Jesus is,so are we in this worls.Meaning, we are carriers of peace as Jesus is. One who is not at peace cannot be a peacemaker. Our text instruct us to allow God's peace to rule in our hearts. One may ask, but how? It is by keeping our minds stayed on God [Isa 26:3].
To those that have the word of God, nothing shall offend them. The word was what Jesus use to bring peace into the situation he was in with his disciples when the wind of the sea went boisterous. His word is the master establisher of peace. No matter the shaking you are going through in life; his word is able to bring peace to you. Nothing brings and sustains peace like the word of God. The word is what reveals God's righteousness to us, that when established on, will bring great peace and as well keep oppression far from us.
Jesus is the word (john 1:5), and also the good shepherd that leads besides still waters.
PRAYERS POINT:
My father, my father; let me experience absolute peace of mind in Jesus name.
