TODAY'S READING: Esther 9:20-32
TOPIC: NEVER COMPRISE YOUR FAITH 1
TEXT: 2 Timothy 2:19 (KJV) "Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth
sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let
every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity."
To compromise is to do something that is against your principles or does
not reach standards that you have set. In other words, as a child of
God, to compromise means to do something that is against the word of
God.Every child of God is a pace setter, the one others in the world are expected to emulate. The world should let go of their ways to follow a Christian and not the other way round. Therefore, compromise is not permitted in any way in the kingdom of light. It does not matter the circumstance involved, the Bible says, "Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure...." Child of God, never you comprise your faith; it will mar your destiny or even truncate it. Do not let go of your dignity and honour ignorantly for temporary pleasure only to inherit eternal shame. Never allow the devil to blindfold you from the glory ahead and the possible way of escape which God provides in every situation. Listen, there is someone that has been through whatever situation you are going through presently and came out victorious. There is no situation in which there is no sufficient grace to overcome if you hold unto God. 1 Corinthians 10:13
