TODAY'S READING Isaiah 55:1-13
TOPIC: THE VINDICATION OF GOD 2
TEXT: Daniel 6:26, 28 "I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and steadfast for ever, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even unto the end.

So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius, and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian."

Each time God vindicates His own, He sets them above their accusers. God's vindication can never leave whoever He vindicated at same level with his accuser that is if the accusers are ever alive to tell the story. Learn from the situation of Daniel in Daniel 6.
Daniel stood out visibly and was preferred above all the princes and presidents because he was a committed and devoted worker with a torch of excellence in all he does, an excellent spirit was in him and the king decided to set him over the whole realm. As soon as the king thought so, his fellow colleagues became envious of him, but in all that concerns his service in the kingdom, they could not find an occasion against him. Then said they "We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God." And they conspired and set a trap for Daniel but the glory of the matter was that the vindication announced Daniel beyond where he earlier was and established the reign of His God all over the land. They planned to bring him down but God vindicated and took him far higher than where they were envious of.

PRAYER
My Father, My God, as I pray, vindicate me and debase my accusers by fire...
